In October 2019, Subei People’s Hospital integrated graded diagnosis and treatment to build an Internet hospital with online and offline business collaboration, and took the lead in obtaining an Internet hospital practice license, providing patients with online and offline integrated medical services, breaking the space limit of diagnosis and treatment, broadening the channels for patients to seek medical treatment, and realizing online consultation and billing, medical insurance off-card payment, electronic prescription circulation, drug delivery to home, online appointment inspection and other services. Internet hospitals are not divided into holidays. As long as patients are registered, doctors can directly receive treatment on their mobile phones.

Since it was launched in 2020, the functions of the Internet Hospital of Subei People’s Hospital have been continuously improved, the service capacity has been continuously improved, the promotion efforts have been continuously strengthened, and the number of service people has been increasing. Up to now, the number of registered Internet hospitals in Subei People’s Hospital has reached 1.3 million, and in 2023, the number of Internet diagnosis and treatment has reached 150,000, and the number of Internet diagnosis and treatment ranks among the top in the province.

At present, 4.083 million health records have been established, accounting for 88.6% of the city’s permanent population, enabling patients to "manage files" and "seek doctors" by themselves, and doctors can access patients’ medical records with one click. In the future, the city will intensify its work with the help of the national public hospital reform and high-quality development demonstration project, and strive to achieve innovative breakthroughs in building smart hospitals and giving full play to the role of digital intelligence.
