Announcement of 2022 Open Recruitment Examination for Some Directly-affiliated Institutions in State Taxation Administration of The People’s Republic of China

According to the requirements of open recruitment in 2022 of some directly affiliated institutions in State Taxation Administration of The People’s Republic of China, after the registration qualification review procedure, the relevant arrangements for written examination and interview are hereby announced as follows:

First, the written test related arrangements

(1) List of written examination personnel

See Annex 1 for the list of written examiners.

(2) Time and place of written examination

Written test time: 9: 00-11: 30 am on Sunday, August 21, 2022;

Location of written test: State Taxation Administration of The People’s Republic of China Commissioner’s Office in Beijing (No.3 Qingtaxili, Fengtai District, Beijing)

Candidates are not allowed to enter the venue after 8:45 am, and those who are late will be disqualified from the written test. In order to check identity, take temperature and check the green code of "Beijing Health Treasure" before admission, candidates are requested to report at the test center before 8:00 am on the same day.

(3) Relevant requirements

1. Candidates are requested to bring their ID cards as admission documents, and cooperate with the staff for identity verification.

2. After entering the examination room, candidates must obey the management of the staff, take their seats according to the number of seats, and prepare for the examination according to the requirements of the "Notes to the Examination Room" read by the staff. The black gel pen is used in the exam, so please bring your own.

Second, the interview arrangements

(1) On-site qualification review

Our unit will publish the list of interview finalists on the website of State Taxation Administration of The People’s Republic of China, and notify the relevant candidates by telephone. Please ask the interview finalists to bring the qualification review materials at 9:00-12:00 am on August 23, 2022.Original and photocopyGo to the designated place for qualification review.

The place of review is:State Taxation Administration of The People’s Republic of China Commissioner’s Office in Beijing (No.3 Qingtaxili, Fengtai District, Beijing).

Review materials include:

(1) State Taxation Administration of The People’s Republic of China directly affiliated institutions in 2022 open recruitment registration form (must be signed by myself);

(2) A copy of the ID card (both sides are required);

(3) a copy of the first page and my page of the household registration book;

(4) school transcripts (provided by fresh graduates in 2022);

(5) foreign language proficiency certificate or report card;

(6) Academic qualifications and degree certificates of undergraduate (specialized) and postgraduate students at various stages, academic certification of Xuexin.com of the Ministry of Education, degree certification of degree network, and various grade certificates and vocational qualification certificates required for applying for positions;

(7) Relevant professional and technical title certificates and employment documents, etc.

Candidates should be responsible for the authenticity of the materials provided. If the materials are incomplete or the main information is untrue, which will affect the qualification examination results, the interview qualification will be cancelled.

(2) Interview arrangements

Interview time:Those who fail to enter the interview waiting room as required at 8:30 am on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 will be disqualified from the interview. In order to check identity, take temperature and check the green code of "Beijing Health Treasure" before admission, candidates are requested to arrive at the interview registration place before 7:30 am on the same day.

Interview check-in location:State Taxation Administration of The People’s Republic of China Commissioner’s Office in Beijing (No.3 Qingtaxili, Fengtai District, Beijing).

Candidates who give up the interview must fill in the Statement of Abandonment of Interview Qualification (see Annex 2), make it into an electronic photo or a scanned copy after being signed by themselves, and send it to the designated email address swzjzssydw@163.com before 12:00 on August 23rd. The subject of the email and the name of the attachment are "XXX gives up the interview qualification (employer+applied position)". Those who fail to submit the waiver statement within the specified time and do not participate in the interview for personal reasons will be recorded in the relevant integrity files according to the seriousness of the case.

(3) Physical examination and inspection

1. Comprehensive score calculation method

Comprehensive score = written test (professional level and work performance evaluation) score ×50%+interview score × 50%.

2. Physical examination

Candidates can enter the physical examination and inspection only after their interview scores reach the qualified score line (60 points). According to the order of comprehensive scores from high to low, the candidates for physical examination are determined according to the ratio of 1:1 to the number of job recruiters (those with the same comprehensive scores are determined according to the professional level and job performance evaluation or those with high written test scores). The medical examination refers to the general standard of civil servant recruitment medical examination, and the medical examination expenses shall be borne by our unit, and the specific arrangements will be notified separately.

Those who resort to deceit or conceal the real situation during the medical examination, resulting in distorted medical examination results, will be disqualified once verified.

Step 3 investigate

According to the ranking of comprehensive scores from high to low, combined with the results of physical examination, the candidates for investigation are determined according to the ratio of 1:1 to the number of job recruiters. According to the requirements of prevention and control of the epidemic situation in Xinguan, the investigation was carried out by individual talks, field visits, reviewing personnel files, inquiring social credit records, and interviewing with myself.

Third, the epidemic prevention and control requirements

Candidates must strictly implement the relevant measures and requirements for the prevention and control of epidemic situation in COVID-19, carefully read the Notice and Commitment Letter for the Prevention and Control of Epidemic Situation in COVID-19 (Annex 3), and cooperate with the prevention and control of epidemic situation.

The requirements of epidemic prevention and control in Beijing are changing dynamically. Candidates should take the initiative to pay attention to the relevant requirements, strengthen their own protection and make preparations for travel in advance. Candidates who conceal or lie about the history of residence, contact history, health status and other key information on epidemic prevention and control, and do not cooperate with epidemic prevention and control and other work arrangements, will be disqualified and recorded in the relevant integrity files. Those who violate the law will be handed over to the relevant departments for legal treatment. Before the exam, if the time, place and form of the exam are adjusted due to the epidemic situation, our unit will issue relevant announcements in time and notify the candidates by telephone. Candidates are requested to keep communication open and pay close attention to the website of State Taxation Administration of The People’s Republic of China to avoid missing relevant information.
